Felipe's Story

When I enrolled at Hueneme High I had just been release from being in a boys juvenile detention center. Yes I was also in a gang and participated in violent criminal activities along with using drugs. As I made my way through several trips to prison after high, I got married and manage to been blessed with 5 children. In 1996 while in prison I came upon a book written by Gorden Graham Titled " In The Land of The Blind The One-Eyed Man is King" which changed my entire life forever. , became an addictive disorder counselor with a Calif of State Certificate as a Draftsman work as counselor, maintenance supervisor, Property Manager for a 5 star mobile Home Park in Las Vegas,and a mentor ship program for USSD. Most recently I survived from loosing 97% of my liver with a ammonia level at 184, invading an attack at my heart and brain ,as close to death as anyone could or would want to be, which brought me to being a soldier for God. I always wanted to be a gangster when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a bad idea. As it turns out, they were right, now that I serve God
