I hate Winter. It interferes with everything I like to do. I am creative, witty, sarcastic, determined, interesting, and different. I am often underestimated. I am very detail oriented. I am usually aware of almost everything going on around me. I am always listening, looking, and taking mental notes. Sometimes, I get pegged as "quiet" or "shy", but I'm just taking it all in.
On the flip side, I am not a planner. I fly by the seat of my pants and tend to live each day as it comes with no real idea about tomorrow. I'm a dreamer, which results in me being pretty irresponsible at times. I drive my family nuts and I'm pretty sure it is hard to be my friend sometimes...Expand for more
. I will never understand people who are mean just for the sake of being mean. It is never the wrong time to say or do the right thing! And while on the subject of time, I despise clocks and their purpose. I have a hard time giving up on anything. I do not like to accept defeat. I am trying to learn the difference between giving up and giving in. I have learned that at times both are perfectly acceptable and does not equal "quitting". There are times when giving up is the truest display of strength and courage. It can be a hard pill to swallow, but sometimes we just have to find the right thing to wash it down. Side note: Parrot Bay Coconut Rum works great! Just kidding! I am at my best when I am being challenged. It's amazing how fear can bring out the best in us. I am capable of far more things than I give myself credit for.
My best moments have come when I was head over heels in love. I usually like the most random things about someone. All it takes is just one thing about a person to grab me a certain way, and it's never the obvious. Confidence is super hot! Arrogance is so not!
My closing thought: I believe every relationship you have in life becomes a part of you ~ but hopefully not "all" of you. I feel it is important to never lose yourself in something or someone else. And I hope that life never leaves me bitter or too afraid to take a leap of faith.".
