Cindy's Story
I was married in Sept of '80 to Mark Woolard. We have six children, 2 girls and 4 boys, ages 34, 33, 31, 27, 24 & 23. All are married now, so we are "empty nesters." We have 10 grands and 2 more arriving in the fall! Mark retired from the fire department (civil service) in 2006. He went back to work shortly after his retirement because he likes working!! I decided to go to college in 2004, and graduated in 2006 with my practical nursing diploma, (LPN.) While I started working as a LPN, I continued college to fulfill my childhood dream of earning my Associates Degree in Science and became a registered nurse (RN) in 2009. evere back pain and sciatica. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. I am no longer able to work as a nurse because I have to lie down frequently to keep my pain at bay, but still happy for the knowledge that I gained! My hope is maybe to be able to do something from home one day. Well, that's basically our lives in a nutshell! Mark and I both love the Lord Jesus Christ and He lives in our hearts. We tried to build our marriage and raise our children upon the teachings of God's Holy Word. HE has blessed us in so many ways and we are very thankful!! We will celebrate our 37th anniversary this September and I pray He will give us many more years of love and happiness together.
