Joni's Story
Well its been a wild ride since High School! Went to school in St Louis until my Jr. year then moved to Champain for my Sr. yr. Got married the first time at 18, then divorced 5 years later, got married again at 29, moved to a small town, St. David, Il had two son's, Thomas now 16 and Tyler now 14. Both of my boys are taller then me but typical teenagers!! LOL Got divorced again 7 years later, got married again at 39 divorced 2 years later, I say that one didn't really count!! LOL Then at 42 I came out to my friends and family, it was quite a shock to most people that I am a Lesbian, especially to two of my ex ...Expand for more
husbands!! LOL I moved to Peoria Illinois, I am very happy now and in a committed relationship, she has a Daughter Lisa 23, and a Grandson Dorian 3.
In 87 I went to Mr. John's School of Cosmetology, graduating in 1990, worked in Salons until my son was born in 92, then just did hair at home. I have worked off and on in the food industry for over 25 years. My last job was a Manager for Steak n Shake, I had to stop working 2 years ago because of arthritis and now have to have my thumb joint replaced.
