Stephanie's Story
I have an amazing 3-year-old son, Ethan Matthew, who I waited for 20 years for. He truly is our miracle baby. I have a 14-year-old "fur baby" Shih-Tzu, Charlie. I went back to college in my late 20s and finished in my 30s. Business Administration from Wake Tech then transferred to NC State, English, Writing & Editing. I am a published writer. I am in the process of publishing my first children's book. I am so excited about this project.
I am now a stay-at-home Mom, which I LOVE. I married my high school sweetheart, Kevin, and our 25th wedding anniversary is May 4th. We love to travel, watch football (NC State and JETS), baseball (YANKEES RULE!!), have parties with friends (cookouts usually), attend a GREAT church and I usually sing in my church choir.

a "flute toting band nerd" anymore! (not that I ever knew I was! Thanks, "American Pie!") I love music, reading, writing, gardening (flower), watching movies and sports, swimming, tennis, museums, cranking up the 80s, having lunch with my best girlfriends. I am never finished decorating my house. I love art and collect it. I have many sericels of Looney Toons and Scooby Doo. The kid side of me.
I guess I went from "professional" to a Mom with a sort of non-member "country club" life. Ethan, I love you so very much and you are my proudest accomplishment. I march to the beat of my own drum and don't feel the need to run in a "pack." I have many acquaintances and a handful of BEST girlfriends in the world, but love to meet new people.
Life is a bumpy rollercoaster, but surely worth the ride!!!
