Roy's Story
HI anybody who reads this. I didn't really graduate from Sheridan High school. No by that time I was in Vietnam doing what other high school dropouts did, survive. I quit school in 68 to join the army. Both a bad and a good choice, but one that has taken care of me for the last 40 years. I am now a retired disabled vet living in Victoria TX. If I had stayed in school I would have graduated w/the class of 70-71.Needless to say I was behind a few years cause I didn't like to go to classes. stead. After a few years in the army I saw the wisdom of having an education and now have a degree in Criminal Justice. Some of you who knew me might remember me as HOSS Jones. Cause that was my nickname back then. Life has been good to me so I can¿t complain, I have 4 good kids and 7 grandrats who come to bug me from time to time. Course they are almost grown now, one of them is a senior this year and is the terror of the road since she got her license. So if anyone remembers me drop me a line some time and we reminisce old and fun times.
