Stephen's Story

Stephen is from Brighton, Michigan. Stephen is married to Adele J. Stocker and we have one daughter, Alyssa McDonald of Lansing. Stephen's schools include Redford High School. Stephen later attended Wayne State University (Sociology and Psychiatric social work.)I have been retired for the past few years, the best job I’ve ever had. Stephen's interests include Detroit Tigers and Lions as well as music. Stephen’s likes include Bruce Spreengsteen, Gordon Lightfoot, as well as Irish and Gaelic folk music. Rotary Club in 1993-4. While president, I established the scholarship program which has granted two scholarships each year since it's inception in 1994. I was chair- person of the scholarship committee from 1994 until 2015. I was also Vice-President of the Northville Rotary Club Foundation Board of Trustees, which is responsible for the allocation of the Club's charitable funds. Additionally, I am Immediate Past President of the Brighton Optimist Club, and have been elected to serve as President again during the 2019-2020 program year. Additionally I have a passion for high performance cars and own a 2017 Cadillac CTS-V, a 640 horsepower world class performance sedan. Would love contact with other performance car lovers.

Adele and I bundled up while ringing the bell for the Salvation Army. It was cold and windy but we felt like we were doing some good. People were generous and friendly. One fellow told us how he was homeless eight years ago
