Abbott's Story
Life
After a long stint in the San Bernardino Mountains (22 years) I have relocated to Redlands, CA where I live with my wife of 25 years, Linda, and enjoy working at a major medical center in our local area. Our two children, Jason (age 23) and Christie (age 24) are grown adults and making their own lives, our daughter is carrying our first grandchild. Wow! A grandpa, Major Hoople would have said egads!
We own a small business dealing in gifts, novelties and antiques and can often be found enjoying wine tasting all over the state. In my spare time, I enjoy concerts, movies and woodworking. I also enjoy restoring furniture, especially in the arts and crafts and mission era styles. We both love camping ...Expand for more
and regular gatherings with family and friends. I still party after all these years, but instead of beers we get happy with the fine red wines contrasting ever so nicely with all that gray hair. Harumph! Another Hoople quote...

Update: We now have a grand daughter named Teagan and will soon be welcoming a grandson...On April Fools day of 2009, go figure!
He's here, Garrett Allen was born on April 8th, 2009 at 9 lbs., 3 0z. and 21 inches long
