Abdul's Story

Life Hello all. I am currently a Major in the US Army Medical Service Corps. My primary job description is a Human Resource Management Professional for the Army Medical Community I am stationed at the Warrior Transition Unit at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC. This unit was designed to take care of wounded Soldiers, from the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts. This has probably been the hardest job in my 11 years in the military. However it is definitely one of the most rewarding jobs as I have the privelege of assisting these young men and women return to their units or become productive citizens. As for my personal life my wife and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary back in May of this year all of which have been so much fun. business. We have a ten year old son and a 2 year old daughter. We reside in Riverdale Maryland at present. Now that I am a little closer to home I hope that I will be able to make it down to see a few old friends. My life has been a true blessing and I thank the Lord for it everyday.
