Addie's Story

After graduation, I went to nursing school, my calling. I retired after 50 years, Initially, I worked Med/Surg, Acute Care, and OB/Gyn. ght at the Junior College for a few years. When I retired from nursing I went to work for a medical software company for five years, as an Account Mgr, responsible for hospitals throughout the US. I traveled 75% of the year. Eventually, my company was sold to a Tracking (RFID) company and they dropped the documentation arm and I was laid off. That was at that point that I retired for good. I have traveled to Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, and Baja.
