Adriana's Story
I graduated from UCI in 1980 with a B.A. in dance and worked for PUSD as a speech aide and had an experience translating for a speech therapist led me to dance therapy. I received my M.A. in Dance Therapy from UCLA in 1985 and worked in psychiatric hospitals for 10 years. I loved it, however the HMO's were cutting hospital stays so our jobs were getting cut. and in 2010 I received my Special Education credential and have been working as Special Education Teachers since then.
I was married in 1991 and divorced in 2001. NowI live in Valencia, CA with one cat. I workout, play the drums, and take dance classes. . I am a rocker for life. Favorite bands: Queensryche, A Perfect Circle, Tool, 10 Years, The Baby's, Tom Petty....... you get the idea. I have one of the best drum teachers around and feel very fortunate to have found him.
