Adrienna's Story
Hi fellow Spartans! It's been a long 15 1/2 years since graduation. What have I been doing since then...
Well, I went to TCU in Fort Worth on a ROTC scholarship, met the man of my dreams, got married, graduated, commissioned in the US Army, moved from Texas to Virginia to Japan (had my son, Caleb, who's 8 now), resigned my commission, moved to Germany (had my daughter, Hannah, who's 5 now) and am now living my happily ever after! :)
I've been a stay at home mom and community volunteer since I got out of the military and I've loved it! Since Hannah's in school this year, I decided that since I was at the school so much, I might as well get paid for it and take a proactive role in the environment both my kiddo...Expand for more
s spend most of their time in. So I talked it over with my honey (David) and now I work in the kids' school and am having a blast! :)
The question many of you may ask is "When are you coming back to America/Texas?" Well, that's a pretty hard one to answer. My husband teaches at the American middle school and coaches at the high school and we loooooove Germany. But on the flip side, we miss our families terribly. We've been really blessed to have the opportunity to live overseas for 10 years. We're just trusting God and we know that when it's time to go, He'll guide us home...wherever that may be.
