Life Hi! I'm enjoying life in Würzburg, Germany...the start (or end)of the "Romantic Road" tourist attraction. My husband, Wayne is a doctor at the Army Hospital in town. Our children, Jacob (17) and BriAnna (15)are attending Würzburg American High School located at the Leighton Barracks post. We are all enjoying the lifestyle in Europe, despite the deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan for the troops assigned to the military communities here. Life is different here and adjustment in the first year was difficult, but we have gotten involved at school and in our communities and are now reaping the benefits. Upon our return to the States in a year or so (military life is a constant change)I would like to return to the business of running my cottage business...selling antiques and decoratives (despite the moans and groans of my husband!) Life has been very good to me...I am enjoying where I am in my life...all 48 years of it...YIKES...did I just list my age!!! We haven't always lived in the military culture...Wayne changed careers at age 40...he worked for Intel Corp. first in Santa Clara, CA and then in Portland, OR...where our children were born.
