Al's Story
Live in Greenwich Ct since 1978. Widowed.. Have 2 dogs, Paccino our 14 year old UKC Toy Fox Terrier and Mi-Lee our 10 year old Yorkie.
2 Adult children. Christopher 31 and Michelle 33.
Work for US Government for 36+ years.
Got married to my wife Mary-Lou in June of 1978 She sadly passed on Sept 2, 2019 of Heart Failure.. Life will be difficult moving ahead without her in my life.

Working out at the gym 5 X per week
If ya don't know how to doit Ah show ya how to walk the dog ...... 1 hour per day. Actually he walks me .

The secret is how fit are you for your age? And how healthy is your diet, that's what will make the difference in what quality of life you'll have through the golden years which ain't to far away folks..
Plan to retire in 2020, if not sooner.
