Life I was born in Battle Creek in 1940. I traveled to Covington La. about every other year. I Attended WK Kellogg, Ann J Kellogg, Springfield Jr High school and Southwestern Jr High school Between the years 1945 and 1959. I had two true girl friends during these years. (Sharon Lee Mapes) was my first girl friend from Springfield Jr High School off and on through 1954-1958. Her mother thought the world of me and was a great person. (Dianna Rae Campbell) went to Battle Creek Central in 1958. Her mother and father were parents you only dream of having. Dianna dumped me 6 months after we started going steady that year (May-Oct 1958. I joined the Army in 1959 and switched to the Air Force 6 years later. I retired from the Air Force in 1980. During my time in the military I was a Military Policeman (Army) and ParaRescue (PJ) team member and PA in the Air Force. I than went into computers and networking for the VA and retired in 2002. I lived (off and on) on West Michigan Ave and Broadway Blvd with my grandmother. I passed the GED in the Army and got my High School Deploma. I graduated from Covington High School, Covington La. because my Mother lived in Covington. I think about her often.
