Al's Story
My wife Diane and I are retired and now live in Placitas, NM (Just north of Albuquerque). We retired early because my wife had developed early onset Alzheimers disease. She is now in end stage.
On a more positive note, we have two Corgis that are brothers from the same litter. They are extremely friendly and cheerful. They were allowed to visit Diane until the covid 19 thing started.
I haven't updated this for quite a while and alot has changed. Diane passed away from Alzheimers. I eventually decided to move forward with my life ...Expand for more
since I still seem to have a number of years potentially left and I intend to live them fully. As such I entered the world of online dating. The less said about that the better, but I have had the great good fortune of meeting and becoming the boyfriend of an extraordinary lady that I am not good enough for but don't tell her that.
For the first time in a long time I look forward to the future.

Sold the house in Placitas and recently moved to Rio Rancho. Downsizing to something more reasonable for one person (And two Corgis).
