Life Currently, living in Los Angeles with my wife of almost 25 years. We have two sons, 22 and 18 years old (one a senior in high school and one a senior in college in AZ). I have been an active investor in out-of-state real estate with one of my old friends from Oakland. With our busy schedules, we still find time to attend the local jazz festivals in Southern California as the wheather is alway sunny.
