Al's Story
Life
Left St. martins in 1958, {how could anyone claim to like the abuse handed down by the mideval priests} left the country for the Army of France, 16 1/2 years old , lasted almost one year, untill my age became known. came back to usa and got an appointment to the Airforce in Col Springs, Failed that also after 1year, ended up as a inlisted man in the Air force. Ended up in Vet Nam in 1963 as a civil affairs personal officer, did not know again what I was doing. Tried auto sales when I got out and did ok. Re uped in 1971 US army, again screwed up and got assighned to SF again civil affairs,I guess I needed to be hit in the head with a 2x4 to make me learn that...Expand for more
some people did'nt want to be saved by the US gov. spent time at hospital in co.(burns} came back to Seattle and met the love of my life, Jolene, Had two girls {both are perfect} they gave me 4 grandsons. my young wife and I had a detective co on the gig harbor side and did very well. By some wierd reason we got into the bailbond bussness, did very well untill she died in 1993, after she died I sold out the co and just felt that I will just enjoy life as it comes, I've learned a lot on how to live every day like it was your last one on earth, I have very few regrets for my past and am learning to live each day as it comes, LIFE CAN BE FUN IF YOU GIVE IT A CHANCE.
