Carol's Story

College I graduated with a major in Special Education and a minor in Elementary Education. I also took several Science classes. I was on the Drill Team too. College was a special time for me to learn, grow up, and achieve my dream. CHILDREN: After college, I became a mom to the two most wonderful sons in the world. I was fortunate to not work most of the time while I raised them. I did work some of the time as a school teacher, but had them nearby. MARRIAGE: Sadly, I was married twice before the Lord brought my amazing husband into my life. We have now been married for almost 18 years and I could not be more blessed. CAREER: I have worked in many areas. I was a teacher for over 20 years either in a full-time classroom, substituting, or home-schooling my boys. realize that "kids make me sick" literally. I then went to work as customer service manager at the mall. I also do mystery shopping. I have worked along the way as a clown, done the Census in 2000 and now for 2010, sold anything and everything (legal), and have been blessed to be "just a housewife". MINISTRY: I am privileged to call myself a Christian. I have been involved in ministry for many years serving in capacities from Sunday School teacher to Youth Pastor. My favorite is Women's Ministries leadership. I love the Lord with all my heart, mind, and soul and do all I can to serve Him. I am about to open a Christian Restaurant and Community Center.
