Alan's Story
After graduating, I enrolled at Bryant College in Smithfield. After a year, I realized that college wasn't for me at that time. I worked for a year then enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After basic training and training school, I was assigned to work for the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C. Imagine me with a top secret security clearance. uly 1977, I moved to the Los Angeles area. I lived in CA for about 23 years getting married and divorced. I have 2 sons (Jason is 28 and Justin is 25). In December of 1998, I moved to Colorado. It's great here. I don't think I'll ever leave. I remarried in February of 2003. My wife, Bonnie, and I live in a relatively small town about 20 miles south of the Denver metro area called Castle Rock.
