In case you aren't sure - I'm the one on the left in the picture! Carol (Maloy) & I have been living in a 100 year old "fixer-upper" in Oneonta for about 15 years - unfortunately, there always seems to be more fixing that needs to be done that gets in the way of the "upper" part. Both sons, plus a daughter-in-law, have their own areas of the house. Carol's retired now from working in medical records for Bassett Hospital so that she can take care of our 2 Chihuahua's and all the cats. I've been teaching Animal Anatomy & Physiology (hence the picture!), among other related courses for over 20 years in the Veterinary Technology program at SUNY Delhi (that's where most of our cats have come from).
