Life Hey to all who care to read! Been lots of places, done lots of things. In the end, its family and friends who matter. My kids are my life, I live for them, and maybe married soon, we'll see how the summer develops. Life hit hard and fast, and before I knew it, I was 272 lbs, 62 lbs above graduation weight. 11 lbs to go, and I'll be back. Finally got smart, ...Expand for more
I guess. Wanted to walk my daughters down the aisle. One down, one to go. Oh, and three boys to boot. They'll be there soon enough. Goal for next weekend: 215 lbs. Goal for Dec 31: Handstand pushup. (no, never done). Goal for age 50: Be in the absolute, undisputed best shape of my life. The light at the end of the tunnel? Why, its the end of the tunnel !!!
