Alan's Story
Life
I graduated from Tumpane Elementary, Beverly Heights Jr. High and Downsview S.S. and then went on to the International Career Academy of Broadcasting. Having graduated from that I then went to Central Baptist Seminary in Toronto where I met my future wife, Helen. After our marriage in 1974, with both of us spending summers in Africa, I graduated in 1977 and spent 23 years at Temple Baptist Church in Cambridge as the Youth Pastor and then 2 years as an Associate Pastor. oshua) born into our family, one who worked at the Toyota plant in Cambridge for 7 years and the other who went to Mohawk (Hamilton) to become a Child and Youth Worker. He's graduated and works as the Program Director for the Boys and Girls Club in Brantford. In 2002 Helen and I moved to Brantford where I'm the senior pastor at Shenstone Baptist Church. God has been good and we have so much to be thankful for. I'd love to hear from anyone who I've crossed paths with over the years.....door's open and the coffee is on!
