Alan's Story
I am happily married and in love with my wife Susan. She is a wonderful stepmom to my four great kids: Harris 22, Brian 21, Tess 18 and Abby 18. We live in Sarasota.
I have been practicing law for 34 years. I am a principal of the law firm Tannenbaum, Scro and Hanewich headquartered in Sarasota. I primarily do construction and real estate development litigation but for the last five years have been extricating investors from around the country from real estate deals in Florida gone bad.

d Eastern Europeans to Florida to invest in businesses and real estate. We have a Czech lawyer in our firm who speaks several languages. He and I present seminars in Prague twice a year on investment opporunities in Florida.
I have attended a number of seminars over the years which have opened up a lot for me. The main ones have been sponsored by Landmark Education and the Human Awareness Institute.
My favorite activities are working out, kayaking and tennis. I also like to go on nice vacations and plan reunions.
