Alan's Story
His schools include Bergen County Technical High School and Saddle Brook schools. Alan and Lorraine married in St. Brendan's Church in Clifton,N.J. In 1972.
We move to Jasontown Apts. In Wallington, nj and I worked for The I.B.E.W. Local 164 Jersey City and worked 1976 - 1978 on the sports complex at the meadowlands.
We then bought a house in New Milford N.J. Where we had our first baby Daniel, after living there for 4 years we moved to Mt. Arlington, N.J.and I switched jobs to the plastics industry and we had another baby girl Diane.
We moved after 5 years to the jersey shore Brick, N.j. After 14 years we decided to move with the company I was work...Expand for more
ing for to Wilmington , n.c. After 2 years we then moved to Allentown, pa...Then we moved to Tucson, Arizona with the same company.
After 2 years I accepted a transfer to the Amcor plastics plant in Orlando, Florida. We bought a house in St. Cloud Florida and live there for 6 years before retiring to The Village, Florida.
In 2021 we moved from The Villages, FL to Highland Park, Il to be closer to my grandkids and are enjoying being here with them.
Music Alan likes includes Stevie Nicks, Bob Marley, James Brown,The Impressions, and other oldies and newies..
Retired from the beverage industry after working as an electrical engineer for over 20 years.
