Alan's Story

I retired from Estacada Fire and Rescue in 2012, Divorced and then remarried the most amazing lady from Oregon City. We live in Estacada and like to RV and cruise. So far we have made it to the Caribbean a couple times, Alaska a couple of times, Mexico, and were planning on Europe until the pandemic hit. We have grownup chil...Expand for more
dren in Denver and San Antonio, so a RV trip is coming up as well as a Coast Guard reunion in Coos Bay this summer. As much as I like to travel, I love being home too. I lost my sister Margo (Terry) last month, so have been taking shifts keeping her husband of 50 years company. I love life and appreciate all it has to offer.

Ok, I have to admit I went to McIver Park and OMSI Star party. Did get good pictures of the "blood moon" I truly feel Vortex was better; what I remember of it anyway.

Well so much for the turkey giblets for the gravy, Kids will probably like it better without them anyway. Mittens had her Christmas dinner. Merry Christmas friends and family.
