Alan's Story

I retired from the education field in 2007 after 36 years. Most of years were spent in teaching high school English and also serving as an assistant football coach for varsity team and the head wrestling coach. My last 7 years in the field were spent as an athletic director. I taught at Fraser High School and served as the AD at Chippewa Valley High School. Both schools are located in the Northeast suburbs of Detroit. My wife is still employed in retail management-is in charge of the Talbot's store in Sommerset Mall in Troy, MI.
