Alan's Story
Knocked around at various jobs and colleges after High School. No direction. No discipline.
Joined the Navy in '76, (E5-FTM). Saw the world. Became a man.
Started school Univ. MO, Rolla in '80.
Graduated in '84, BS Electrical Engineering.
Got married to Candace (Holley) -- no kids.
Went to work in Quincy, IL; Moorman Mfg Co.
In '89 got divorced, went to work in Omaha, NE; ConAgra Frozen Foods.
Married again in '91 to current wife, Annette. Two step-daughters, Jenny and Marianne.
Moved to Chicago in '93; Wesley Jessen Corp.

Moved to Denver in '97; Chef America, Inc.
Started business building custom homes in 1999.
First grandchild in '99. Girl named Kayla. The light of my life.
Liver transplant in '09. Doing fine.
Volunteered at the hospital for a couple of years. Love those folks.
Started working at Federal Aviation Administration in '10. Still there.
Got my PE license at the age of 60. Plan to retire in '22.
Still a really crappy guitar player, but I love it. It takes a lot of hard work to be this bad.
Whew! 50 years. Just like that!
