Alayne's Story
Attended Hiram College 1989-1993 and graduated cum laude with a dual degree in Philosophy and English Literature. Spent a year working on a thoroughbred horse farm before leaving to attend University of Toledo for a Master's degree in English Lit 1994-1996. searcher at an investment bank (my former boss, Rahm Emanuel, is now the mayor of Chicago) from 1999 to 2001. Met (1999) and married (6-23-01) my husband Tony. We live in Wisconsin, where I am now an Associate Professor of English at the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac campus. We have two children (ages 7 and 2). Still in touch with Cynthia Ho, Jill Paulson, Eric Kapan, Ken Kidd, Ken Mennell, Chris Ely.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Chris Burlak, because he always made me laugh.
