ALFRED's Story
Life:
Went into the U. S. Army 4th Regimental combat team from '56 to'58 then RCA institutes from '58 to '60
Married Mary Lou Rossi. on Oct. 23, 1960 and have 3 children and 9 grandchildren ages 14 to 26.
40 years in electrical engineering
8 years working in the space program at NASA during the '60's for Farrand Optical in the Bronx, NY.
23 years in medical electronics with Technicon, Bayer, now Siemens.
Worked on Chandra telescope satellite, which is the successor to the Hubble.

ML in lithography systems supplied to chip manufacturers Intel, IBM and Motorola. Retired in May 2000. From 2004 to 2012, worked part time at Putnam National Golf Club from April to November in Mahopac, NY. We are busier now then when we were working going to softball, soccer, lacrosse, diving, piano and violin recitals. It's fun watching the kids grow up. The time goes by so fast. 1 grandchild in high school, one in college, seven graduated and 2 girls married, and now we have our first great grandchild Lyla.
