Alfredo's Story
In Manatee High I was a teenager learning English and dropped out at the end of 11th grade. My interests were playing soccer and working. I could read at a 5th grade level at that time. Since then, I got married, had 3 children and work as a teacher. I've been married for 28 years now. My children are 26, 14 and 10 all boys.
I did go back to college and took remediation courses to learn to write. Later, I graduated with a BA from USF as a teacher.
My current interests are running, chi running, philosophy, yoga and fitness.

occasional race. I've run the Jingle Bell Run two years in a row. I've ran the Run by the river 5 mile this last December and Just finished running the "Take Stock in Children" at Lakewood Ranch a 10k. race.
I''ve been trained in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and this has influenced my thinking greatly.
I approach each problem searching for a "Win - Wi Solution". That is how every one involved can benefit.
