Alice's Story
Alice was originally from Kellogg, Idaho. Her schools include Gilroy High School and .graduated from California State University at Turlock. With a major in sociology and meeting some great people, became a professional dog trainer/hander for thirty years. Being a dog handler enable her to travel all over the world, showing her dogs and training others how to handle their dogs. She retired at the ripe old age of 50 relocating in Merced, Ca; Now the owner of a large alpaca ranch called Cookie Cutter Alpacas..
Alice's interests include photography, the arts, dog shows, Alpacas, and all kinds of animals . Movies to watch over and over again include "Best in Sho...Expand for more
w","Lawrence of Arabia", and "National Lampoon's Vacation". Loves to travel all over the world, taking photos along the way. Her favorite places are Yosemite and Greece. At home she spends her time with her 7 dogs, 3 cats, 1 cockatiel, 30 chickens, 120 alpacas and one hamster!
When not with her four legged friends, you can find her in her art studio busy doing fiber arts, photograph and acrylics. Her art work is on display at the local galleries in Merced and Mariposa and at galleries along the 49 hwy..
