I love my three men very much!!!! I work for Charlotte's library system and I'm fortunate to work w/ a great team of staff who care about one another. As I approach my golden years, I'm learning to embrace this time with a zest that keeps me alive and happy for many years to come (God willing). As a child, I loved working with my hands and still do. My Grama Hope's precious spirit touches me often, especially when I'm in my kitchen cooking up something warm and soulful. She was a very tender, quiet woman who said much without saying a word. All my relatives still live in Cali., so I try to visit often. They are all very special to me as well. This is the part of my life that makes my heart ache - being so far away. It's difficult, but life is that way and I tell myself that we will see each other soon, and it helps knowing this.".
