After graduating, I went on to work in film/tv production. I spent years working my way through the industry eventually becoming an offline digital video editor. After burning out in the highly competitive production world, I decided to work with my other passion, love for animals. or a living! I've been a vegetarian since 1998. I have a therapy chicken, Mr. Joy, we visit nursing homes and assisted living centers making people smile and also spreading the news that chickens are very intelligent and make wonderful pets. After kissing a lot of toads, I finally married my prince in 2003. Together we have a house & yard full of critters and are working on a happily ever after.
