Allan's Story
Retirement has finally come knocking on my door. Tough times now so why fight it. I currently enjoy and try to get in a workout, some swimming. Not as easy keeping in shape at 62. For quite a number of years I was an over the road truck driver. A bad accident back in 76' caused me to loose my left leg but as you can see, that does not keep me from keeping on! Have 3 children and 4 grandkids.
Well, the latest update is that my wife passed away a year ago, and certainly have no plans to remarry. Starting to socialize at the Senior Center ...Expand for more
and going to a fitness to mainly get in some swimming. I am working on my weight and feeling much better.
I enjoy doing amateur radio and going to Hamfests flea markets. Trying to stay somewhat active.
There has been some changes in my life and plan to become more active for the Lord.
Last year in 2014 I had a bad session with infection and ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks. Now that is over I am feeling much better. I am currently living with my eldest daughter in Everett and planning on buying a house in the next 2-3 months.for her.
