Allan's Story
Life
I joined the U.S. Marines in Aug. of 63. Went to Vietnam June of 65 and returned Sept. 66. This experience has had by far the most influence in my life. Upon leaving the service 1967 I spent 10 years in California. I married twice and had several jobs in retail. In 77 I moved to Las Vegas an became a crap dealer. I've been in the gaming industry the last 26 years. During the last five years I've held the position of Vice President of Table Games of a major strip hotel. been married for 10 years, no kids two German Shepherds.
Update, retired in 2010. 33 yrs in the gaming industry, what a ride!! Most people don't have a clue what goes on the other side of those tables. Finished my run at The Mirage, opened it in Nov 89. Saw people win millions, saw people lose millions. If anyone wants to connect feel free, parties almost over.
Update, 2021 and I'm still around. Still here in Vegas,this town never stops growing. I salute all in the class of 63 who are still around. Stay safe an God bless.
