Allan's Story
Life
Living in the northwoods enjoying retirement, working when I want. HAD 6-DOGS (two went to doggie-heaven)' all of which I rescued from abusive homes, all of them my best friends and the smartest dogs I've ever seen. One of them is half wolf. I enjoy gardening(raising HOT peppers), cooking, fishing, hiking the woods and wildlife photography. Work on computers as a hobby, setting up peoples systems and debugging.
College

Workplace
Worked for a short time at Marquette Electronics cleaning up a mess they made of the...Expand for more
ir diagnostic equipment. After moving to Minocqua, worked at Howard Young Hosp. as bio-med technician cleaning up the mess they made of their equipment(took me a year), then 2-years as head chef at a resort. Since 1999 I've been working as a smoke-spotter in a fire tower every spring for the DNR. Don't need to work at all since 1991, but it keeps me in beer-money.
Military
Joined Air Force 1970. After basic training went straight to Viet Nam for 2-years.(grew up in a hurry!) Spent 21-years in, ending with 6-month tour in Saudi during Desert Storm. Retired in '91, 40-years old.
