The neck on this is Bubinga and the bridge is a Maple plate with a rosewood insert. the electric pickup is imbedded in the underside if the Maple bridgeplate

This is a cigarbox guitat I have completed. It is a n electric guitar, the sound holes are made from sink strainers.

The headstock is now flipped and will attach to the bottom of the neck to produce the headstock angle.
Here, the headstock has been sliced off.

This is another neck, also of Bubinga. this one has been slotted for frets and cut clost to finished size in a bandsaw.

This is the back end of the neck that will attach to the cigarbox which will be the body of the guitar. The wood is Bubinga, it is an exotic wood that has nice grain and finishes very well.
I did a drawing on my work table for a headpiece of a three string guitar. the actual headpiece turned out pretty much like it.
