Then lived in Auburndale after getting married to Joan DeSimone in 1971. Lived briefly in Floral Park before moving the Saratoga Springs in 1978. Moved 10 miles north of Saratoga Springs to Gansevoort, NY in 2011.

Retired after 38 years in NY State Service in 2002.
Served in the US Navy Reserve 1967-73
Activated and completed a tour of duty in Da Nang Vietnam in support of the 3rd Marine Division 1969-70.".
