Allen's Story
Although I was born in Elko, I moved with my family to Winnemucca where I finished high school. Right out of high school I worked in construction as a welder for 5 years in California, New York & Canada. After graduating from Bible College I was a Youth Pastor in Los Angeles for several years. I got married in 1980 & have two lovely daughters & 3 grandchildren. After serving as pastors in Anza, CA for 5 years we followed God's call to become missionaries with the Assemblies of God. er serving for 20 years in the Andes Mtns. of Ecuador among the Quichua Indians we have relocated to Springfield, Missouri near our headquarters. I am still a missionary and serve as the President of the Latin America Theological Seminary. Our seminary is called the Facultad in Spanish and teaches Masters Degree level training in 11 Spanish speaking countries from Argentina to Mexico, including Cuba. I am also currently working on a PhD degree. I have been happily married for 33 years.
