Greetings to all,
After graduating Hofstra University, I put some efforts into promoting solar energy through legislation in the Carter years and consulting on energy issues. After dabbling in many things I ended up in Seattle, Washington where I spent 20 years in real estate before my sister dragged me into helping her run a toy store. e Northwest, frequently voted the Best in Seattle. With a staff of about 30 we have promoted toys that are less violent, more ecological, educational, less sexist, more multicultural and just plain fun. I have enjoyed mentoring other new stores, and working on toy safety legislation. I enjoyed my years of mountain climbing, particularly in the Himalayas, but that is mostly behind me now. I am married with two sons. Life is good.
