Hi Everybody!
Hope everyone is happy and healthy! Yeah right! Okay - so when you aren't happy, just remember pain builds character (and it does!) . When you aren't healthy, remember when you do get over it, you'll eat better and exercise more (for a short time at least).
Alright, so you came here to read about me I am guessing.
I have posted a few pictures. Along with each picture is some text which brings light to what I am like now-a-days.
First thing out of everyone's mouth when you meet up........"Are you married?" So let me just wipe this one right off the map. NO I'm not married. NO I never got married. NO I do not think about getting married. NO I am not seeking to get married. Why is that you ask? My answer is, "Why fix something that ain't broke?". Could I get married? Sure anything is a possibility. I do not want kids due to the screwed up world we live in. I also have too many other things to help and work on in life, so it's easy for me to side-step the kid thing therefore marriage doesn't become a focus like it would for people wanting children. Simple enough.
Next question....."What do you do?". Aww the familiar question #2. I read the funniest book recently which exactly addresses this question. It's called: "It Was On Fire When I Lay Down On It" by Robert Fulghum. Great reading, and I hate to read; I couldn't put it down. Feeling depressed or stressed out? Get it, read it, it's good, and you'll laugh.
So let me separate it. What I do to make money, then Who I am and How I spend my time. Not to be confused and often is...right? How I spend most my time is on ebay and the important stuff is contained in the paragraphs below. What I do to make money: Well I had a manufacturing business in the automotive industry making truck accessories of our own designs. I still have this business but it's currently in slow motion. That sort of got bombarded with an ebay adventure I began, which further got bombarded with a focus on music and instruments..........so now I've got the biggest "mish-mosh pot of who knows what is next" ......you've ever seen. What I do to make money is simply "chaos"....but I really like it like that!

Who I am is best answered by giving one specific example:
My last picture of the white kitten on the keyboard: This innocent creature is an icon for the cornerstone of everything I work towards. She and her brother were among two of countless animals I have rescued over the last 15 years. They were feral kittens who almost died; they were so sick and starving - all bones with their eyes stuck shut from disease (which is also the only reason I got my hands on them while pulling them out of the drainage duct). After several months I brought them back. They grew to be two of the sweetest most loving interactive human companions I've seen to date.

se little guys were pulled from the typical scenario 30-40 feral homeless cats/kittens living in a drain storm, on a school yard. People come to feed them sometimes. The neighbors want them gone so the shelter came in and was successful at trapping and killing 14 of them. The gang bangers vandalized their traps one night so they gave up trapping to kill. What the neighbors do not realize, is the cats that are wondering their yards which they complain about, are the same cats owned by the idiots in the neighborhood who have not took responsibility and spayed/neutered their pets. It is not these ferals off in the distance.
There are way too many azzhole people around these days...I think THEY need to be trapped and neutered so we aren't breeding more azzholes.
But I am not happy with my efforts, there was a third kitten I missed, he is gone now.........then another sibling litter followed closely after. I failed to help these guys also. So there is never satisfaction in this work, only sadness.
I am still working on this location. Additionally, it's in a semi-dangerous part of LA so it is harder to work at midnight. But this is the norm.......there are hundreds and hundreds of situations just like this all over - even in Thousand Oaks - you just don't notice it ...... because it's prevalent only in the darkness. 4 million homeless cats/kittens just in LA County alone...and that counts only cats, not the dogs!
There is no reason for this problem to exist .....the problem exists due to ignorant and selfish, stupid people. Period end.
My point of this example was to hint at how I became so passionate about a cause. Perhaps telling details might let someone see into areas they wouldn't otherwise venture. I have hundreds of examples just like this one above. So it follows, this is where my peak interest came to rest. It's like one of those things that gets in your blood, but in this case, makes it boil over.
I will work to the end of time to help this situation. I hope to see a national spay/neuter law WITH a vehicle to enforce it before I die. That is my goal......to help the needy and suffering, especially those creatures suffering due to the human hand ......this is where it's at for me.
I will continue to use ebay in order to network with other large groups throughout the country. I've only come a short way so far, but the train is moving full steam ahead.
Now if all that has depressed you........try not to be depressed. Always remember: It was (already) on fire when you laid down on it......(so now you are just feeling the heat). It's all good; means your senses are working!
