Allison's Story
After high school I went to VCU for mass comm/ radio television production. I started working at the radio station and at various clubs/ studios as an apprentice sound engineer.I got on some large tours as an apprentice. Decided to become an Optician. Started to travel all over the world with my company providing free eye exams and glasses to needy people. Moved to Staunton, Va in 1999. Continued working as an Optician. . I also became an EMT for 6 years. Started my own indie record label in 2005 and produced /released 5 albums. Currently working on another one. Moved to Memphis, Tn. in late 2005 to hopefully go to Optometry school to be an eye doctor. I also started running marathons. Just got back from the Nike Womens Marathon in San Fran on Oct. 19. Ran for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and raised $4000 for cancer research/patient care! visit me at myspace/allisonspinsgood
