Alvin's Story
After Excelsior, graduated from Cal State Univ. Long Beach and went into U.S. Navy. Became Commanding Officer at Sea, etc. of 10 different ships in 8 warfare areas, achieved rank of Captain, USNR and retired after 31 yrs. Graduated from Navy War College, National Defense University, Sr. ASW War College, Amphibous War College, Mine Warfare School, etc. Was a Warfare Planner to the Navy involving numerous years and global areas.

anta Ana Schools, Compton Schools, Apple Valley Schools and worked 18 years as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Los Angeles.
Following retirements, became Registered Stock Broker for several years.
Current projects are building Hot Rod vehicles and enjoying living in Apple Valley, CA. high desert with wife. Enjoy times with 4 children and grandchildren.
