2024: Amber Bariaktari I’m 47 and I’ve been accepted into Evergreen State College and am going for a bachelor of science degree with my path on regenerative farming and agriculture in climate change and environmental studies and studying mycology to help climate change and feed people and help our planet and all living things. I plan on getting my masters degree at Evergreen State College for Environmental Studies and then go to Oregon State University to get my masters in agriculture. I’m also a certified Integrative Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Coach helping people with Rheumatoid Arthritis and other autoimmune diseases lower their autoimmune disease activity and symptoms because I went from being disabled with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis that I’ve had since I was 8 years old and my grandmother had been an invalid from her RA since she had been 16 and my mom is disabled from her severe RA and I decided I didn’t want that to be my story so I dug deep into the latest science and data and listened to many experts until I was able to successfully bring all my Rheumatoid arthritis disease activity and RA symptoms down to zero. So I am no longer disabled and no longer on any RA heavy duty medications or biological shots and I have permanently put my RA into remission by healing my gut and using an integrative nutrition approach and I work out and lift weights so I am toned and have muscles in my arms and tummy that show now which I love that I can finally work out! And because of healing myself, I went back to school for over a year and graduated and hold my certificate in integrative nutrition coach practitioner from the New York Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
