Amber's Story
My life:
I live in a small town about ten minutes east of Denton, Tx called Aubrey. My husband and I just celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary in January. We live on a small ranchette with our three kids, horses, dogs, cats. We have two sons, Hunter who will be 10 in June and Brayden who turned 5 this past January. Our newest addition to the family is our daughter Alyssa. She turned 4 back in September almost a month after getting her placed in our home out of the foster care system. she is adjusting well to our family. I think her hardest adjustment was we are all caucasion and she is Hispanic. She couldn't understand why we were not all the same color. She's fine with it now. It's amazing how quickly she fell into place in our family. Now we one big, buisy, family. I am a stay at home mom that is at every school function there is and I am always buisy shuttling my kids and their friends to and from soccer practice and games. My husband works in management for Discount Tire Co. We are a family on the go but loving it.
