Amelia's Story
Hello, Classmates. I left Carbondale years ago to marry the love of my life, Ben. We have three children. Two sons and one daughter whom we love and enjoy. I am the grandmother of 5.
I am the Director of the pediatric department for a developmental disabilities agency. I have worked there for 23 years. It is challenging, but rewarding. Additionally, I am a counselor with a small private practice. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana and Kentucky.

y. I still visit Carbondale regularly to see my family.
Ben and I lead mission teams to Africa. Our lives have been changed dramatically through our travels. We have seen the world's deadliest snake, the black maamba, we have seen Victoria Falls, one the the 7 natural wonders of the world but most importantly are the wonderful relationships that we have developed with the Zambian people. Those relationships have touched our hearts in a profound way. The most important fact of my life is that I am sold out to Jesus Christ!
