My Life I joined the Navy prior to graduation from High School and entered service during the summer of 1973. I joined to become a US Navy Frogman/ SEAL. I was encouraged to pursue my dream to scuba dive by Lloyd Bridges and my Uncle Sonny. I knew if givin the opportunity, I could accomplish my goals because I knew how to focus on my goals and I never stopped believing in myself. In Jan 1975, I graduated a UDT/SEAL training class 80 in which we had a no-bell hell week and we graduated all 19 that started hell week too. I was assigned to the Navy's Underwater Demolition Team (UDT) Twenty-One in Little Creek Virginia. I deployed with the Team , evenutally attended Navy Electrician Mate school and was assigned to SEAL Team Two. During my assigments to the TEAMs, I constantly trained and attended an assortment of schools that honed my value as a Navy FROGMAN / SEAL. In August 1977,I kept a promise to my dad to leave the military to attend college. I was accepted at VCU in Richmond VA, attended for 2 1/2 years and accomplished the requirements to graduate BS in Business Admin & Management.
