Amy's Story
Life
After high school, I chose to attend the University of Central Florida, located in Orlando, to seek a degree in Political Science (specifically International Relations). I loved being on their basketball dance team for 2 years and occasionally still act as a guest choreographer.
At the same time, I worked as a performer in both Magic Kingdom parades and the Festival of the Lion King show at Disney's Animal Kingdom. (Good times but not much money!)

ok a position as a Staging Specialist at Disney MGM Studios teaching Fantasmic! and the Beauty and the Beast show. This is much like being a glorified dance instructor but occasionally the travel to auditions was fun!
I am now the auditions coordinator for Walt Disney Entertainment and am responsible for planning the auditions that happen worldwide for the Walt Disney World in Orlando, Tokyo Disney, the Disney Cruise line and Hong Kong Disneyland. I am also newly married!
