Amy's Story
Life
I was born in Fallon, Nevada, though I've never spent more than 3 years in one place. I've lived in Nevada, California, Georgia, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Indiana, Michigan, and Alberta, Canada. I have a twin brother, who is also one of my closest friends. I am half-puerto-rican, half-caucasian. I've always been a braniac in school, and even graduated from high school in the top 5. I love animals, and am always living with some sort of critter. I like to write fantasy/sci-fi and hope it can be a career of mine someday. I also like to watch Japanese animation {anime, or japanimation to some of you}, and like to write anime fanfiction online. I am currently very happily-married to a Canadian citizen. We met online in 1999, in person in 2001, and married in May 2002. We are trying to either have me immigrated to Canada or have him immigrated to the States. It is a long, gruesome, and STRESSFUL process, with high risk that we might be apart for quite some time, but we hope things turn out good in the end. Currently, I am pregnant.

Half of my kingergarten was spent in Augusta, Georgia, the other half in Ridge Springs, South Carolina. Then from the rest of 4th grade through 6th grade, I went to Easy Best Elementary in Fallon, Nevada. 7th grade middle school was spent in Greer Middle School in Galt, California, then my 8th grade year at Kerr Middle School in Elk Grove, California. I spent my first year of high school at Elk Grove High, then moved to Pahrump, Nevada and finished it there. I managed one year of university at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, before I had to make a sudden trip to Canada. I was majoring in creative writing, minoring in computer technology. I hope to go back to college someday.
College
I managed one year of college at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, under the school of Liberal Arts in the 2001-2002 school year. I majored in creative writing, minored in computer technology. In that year, I managed a 3.8 gpa, made it to the Dean's List, and was accepted in a couple honors societies. I spent a little time at the Harrison Hall dormitory, but moved out because of issues with my roommate. I registered with the all-girls Earhart dormitory, but never stayed there. Instead, I stayed with my fiance who later became my husband. I attended the Purdue Anime Club, and loved it. Unfortunately, I had to leave school due to an unexpected trip to Canada that is turning out to be more long-term than I would have ever have hoped. Hopefully I can continue my educaiton someday...
